1. Your acceptance

These Terms and Conditions contain information relevant to the Selfwealth TRADING Referral Program. For full Member Terms and Conditions please refer to Terms & Conditions.

(a) The Referral is a new Member of Selfwealth TRADING and is not currently listed on any active accounts.
(b) The Referrer’s account must be active at the time of providing the Referral up to the date the Reward becomes redeemable.
(c) The Referrer must have personal knowledge of the individual they are Referring.
(d) The Referrer must not be a person employed within the Financial Services Industry who derives their income either in part or solely from fees or commission payments from a Financial Services Provider.
(e) Free trades will be allocated to the Referrer upon approval of the Referred member’s trading account.
(f) Free trades are not transferrable
(g) The Referral free trades expire 1 month from the date allocated to the Referral Program.
(h) There is no maximum number of persons a Referrer can refer.

Tracking Your Referral(s)
You will be able to track the success and status of your referrals in your Selfwealth TRADING account.

Earning Your Referral Reward
For each successful Referral, you will receive the applicable Referral Reward promoted at the time of capturing the Referral. The applicable reward will also be reflected against the referral status within your Selfwealth TRADING account.

Additional Terms and Conditions
Selfwealth Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Selfwealth Ltd reserves the right to void any Referral Rewards in the event Selfwealth Ltd decides that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions or did not act in good faith.

By participating in the Selfwealth Ltd Referral Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
